We provide the option for refunds and/or exchanges within three days of receiving your
purchase. If three days have elapsed since your receipt of the item, we regret to inform
you that refunds and/or exchanges will not be available.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- A damaged item is defined as an unusable product, including those that are broken,
visibly fractured, shattered, leaking, bent (if not designed to bend), or crushed. We
require additional evidence of the damaged item, such as photographs or videos. Any
issues regarding damaged or defective products must be reported to info@bynuit.com
within three days of the delivery date. - The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It should
also be in its original packaging. To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is
necessary. Only items purchased at the regular price are eligible for refunds; sale items
are not refundable. If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and
shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. - A return or exchange fee of 100 EGP will be applicable for all transactions. This fee
covers processing and handling costs associated with the return or exchange process. - Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges - We only facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to
exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via email at info@bynuit.com.
Exempt Goods - The items listed below are ineligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Gift cards
- Specific health and personal care products.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not
attributable to our error. - Any item returned more than ten days after delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the
status of your returned item. - You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically
applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds - If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then,
contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be
officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your
refund, please let us know.
